• With only 16 rooms over a well sized estate, Daleside Manor has fewer guests, thereby creating a secure environment
   

• The medical history of guests are screened prior to arrival. Temperature reading of all guests and staff are taken on arrival at the gate and recorded with our management, on the basis of which they are allowed to proceed into our estate
   

• Our team has been vaccinated and most of our team members have accommodation within the property, in order to limit external exposure from the community
   

• We do not permit large events and banquets at our premises to ensure there is no potential risk to our guests and our staff
   

• Across various surfaces, we use Diversey Virex II 256, an EPA and FDA recognized bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal. This is mostly used in top healthcare facilities and scientific labs.

• All baggage entering our facility, must undergo a sanitizing process by our team, before they are sent to the rooms
   

• Our housekeeping team wears gloves and masks, that are frequently changed. They ensure that all in-room high touch surfaces undergo intensive cleaning with Diversey Virex II 256

• All our hotel indoor areas have windows that open. They also are fitted with individual AC/heating units and fresh air systems. Prior to a guest arrival, each room’s individual filter is washed down with hot water and is then steamed
   

• Our kitchen closes between each meal period, for 2 hours to ensure safe and intensive sanitising of table tops and supplies
   

• We do not serve common buffets, and nor do we place any common food stations, to ensure minimal surface contact and food safety
   

• Public spaces such as handrails, door handles, cloakrooms, table tops, counters and sideboards, undergo frequent cleaning and sanitisation using Oxivir Five 16, Broad Spectrum Disinfectant that is proven to swiftly neutralise the coronavirus
   

• We have a Resident Hygiene Manager at the unit to ensure that all the above practices are enforced. We wish to make your holiday with us as comfortable and smooth as possible, and request you for your cooperation in the safety efforts of our management and team
