The panoramic views of the valley and the hills in the company of the birds, butterflies and diverse trees, provide many a subject to capture in words or paint. Don't forget to just sit back on the lawns or rooftop sun lounge with a book in hand and a cup of tea, and enjoy some peace and solitude

Food and Wine Philosophy
The food philosophy at The Daleside is quite simple. We procure only local, we support the local community and we buy fresh.
Our small menu's are well planned, set as per the season and are focussed on providing our guests with the best health. Breakfasts consist of house smoothies, perfectly done English breakfast and local Himachali favourites. We bake our own breads, cookies and cakes each morning. We also brew some nice single estate tea and malabar coffee. Lunch consists of gourmet hand rolled house pizza's, Tibetan momos and some homestyle Indian Pahari favourites.
Breakfast and Lunch is available either in the bright and sunny Daleside Dining Room, or on our lawns overlooking the mountains.
Dinners are special at The Daleside and consist of a daily changing menu of the region. Enjoy some Pahadi specialities, farm fresh local vegetables and kebabs of the evening. We also have a dedicated Chinese Kitchen serving authentic oriental cuisine in the evenings. Accompanied with the best cocktails in town, you can be sure to feel like your walking on a cloud.
